PACKAGING
all verre newyork jewelry comes individually packaged in a bottle, petri dish, or test tube.
CUSTOM
all necklaces are 16” in length unless otherwise specified. necklaces are available in custom lengths as noted in the shopping cart. if the length you require is not listed as an option please contact customer service (213.624.1340) for assistance and pricing of custom necklace lengths.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
gift certificates to verre newyork are sent via USPS to the address requested by the purchaser. all gift certificates are numbered, transferable, and are the property of the holder of the certificate. lost or stolen gift certificates are not refundable. gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only.
we are more than happy to do custom color matching. please call us to discuss any custom color orders or send us color swatches to match any item. verre newyork has a wide variety of color options to choose from.
BRIDAL/CELEBRATION JEWELRY
we love to do any kind of “occasion” jewelry. we can do custom styling or work with existing materials to the best of our abilities. view color chart.
PRODUCTION
all orders are hand made by verre newyork. verre newyork reserves the right to make minor design changes, alter dimensions, and modify materials as necessary without notice. items may vary slightly from listed information as, again, every item is handmade. slight variations in size and/or color do not indicate defects and are not considered flaws, and are the trademark of handmade products.
LEAD TIME
the majority of jewelry orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks. please allow 2-4 weeks from order for receipt of order unless expedited shipping is requested. lead times may vary. if immediate shipment is required, please contact us for details on “in-stock” items. “in stock” items vary at all times as all jewelry is handmade to order.
RETURNS
all verre newyork items are handmade to order. as such, all returns are subject to a 15% to 50% restocking fee which is at the sole discretion of verre newyork. all returns require a return authorization from verre newyork. please contact us directly at 213.624.1340 to receive a number. we must be notified of all merchandise returns within 5 business days upon receipt of delivery. custom designs cannot be accepted for returns. please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. shipping charges on all return merchandise are non-refundable and exchanges will incur additional charges. all returns must reference your return authorization number and be clearly labeled as a return. please return merchandise through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail) to the following address:

REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS
for earring repairs or replacements the remaining earring must be returned to verre newyork for matching, as all jewelry is handmade and variation in sizing and color occurs. please call us for pricing on all repairs or replacements. you will be given a reference number at time of call.
BREAKAGE
verre newyork jewelry is GLASS. breakages do occur. If jewelry breaks during shipping, please contact verre newyork immediately for replacement. damaged items may only be returned for exact replacements. please KEEP packaging. damaged pieces should be wrapped in bubble wrap and returned to verre newyork via USPS (lowest possible shipping charge with tracking) to the following address:

CANCELLATIONS
cancellation notice must be given within 48 hours of the placement of the original order; otherwise a 20% restocking charge will apply. cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 50% restocking charge. no cancellations are accepted once an order has been shipped. REFUNDS WILL BE SENT VIA CHECK TO THE PURCHASER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. please contact verre newyork if you have questions regarding cancellation.
